Overview

Product information

Isopropyl ethyl thionocarbamate is an organosulfur flotation reagent with one isopropoxy group and one ethyl-substituted nitrogen. Chemical-reference data support CAS 141-98-0, formula C6H13NOS and a liquid physical state.

Thionocarbamates are used as collectors in sulfide-mineral flotation, often where more selective collection behaviour is desired than with some xanthate systems. “Z-200” is commercial terminology and should be used only if Hamara’s supplied product legitimately carries or references that designation. The stated 95% assay also requires confirmation from the actual TDS.
